CREW CRUISES (YSAP BV)
Company Information
Crew Cruises is a commercial brand of YSAP BV, based in Verlatstraat 10 404, Antwerp, Belgium (VAT BE 1010.105.837). Crew Cruises is not a travel agency but a consultancy service specializing in interline cruise vacations. Interline cruises are discounted cruises available exclusively to individuals working in the commercial aviation industry.

Booking Process
Crew Cruises assists customers in finding interline cruise vacations. All bookings are made directly with the cruise lines or partners that Crew Cruises collaborates with. Crew Cruises acts as a consultant and facilitator in these bookings.

Required Documentation
To qualify for interline rates, customers must provide proof of their employment in the aviation industry, as required by the cruise line or partner. This proof must be submitted to Crew Cruises and the cruise line at the time of booking. Some cruise lines may also require this proof to be carried by the customer during the cruise.

Booking Fees
A booking fee of €35 per cabin will be invoiced separately by YSAP BV and must be paid immediately at the time of booking. This fee covers the consultancy services provided by Crew Cruises. If a booking requires customized services, a higher consultancy fee may apply.

Payment Terms
All payments, including deposits, will be made directly to the cruise line or partners. Crew Cruises will not process these payments. The €35 booking fee, or any higher fee for custom services, will be invoiced separately by YSAP BV and is due immediately at the time of booking. If additional services are requested after the booking, Crew Cruises may charge an additional consulting fee.

Payment Methods
Payments to the cruise line or partners can be made via the methods they accept (e.g., credit card, bank transfer). The booking fee and any consulting fees payable to Crew Cruises (YSAP BV) must be paid via bank transfer.

Cancellations and Refunds
All payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly by the cruise line or partner. Customers must refer to the terms and conditions of the respective cruise line or partner for any cancellation or refund policies. The €35 booking fee and any additional consulting fees charged by Crew Cruises (YSAP BV) are non-refundable.

Liability and Insurance
Crew Cruises advises customers to ensure they have adequate travel insurance coverage. Some partners may offer insurance as part of their packages, but it is the responsibility of the customer to verify and arrange appropriate coverage.

Required Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure that they have the necessary travel documents (e.g., passport, visas) for their trip. Belgian residents can find all the necessary information on the Belgian website [diplomatie.belgium.be/nl/reisdocumenten](https://diplomatie.belgium.be/nl/reisdocumenten). Other nationalities should consult their own governmental authorities to ensure they have the correct documentation. Crew Cruises (YSAP BV) cannot be held responsible for passengers being denied boarding or entry to a country due to insufficient or incorrect travel documentation.

Changes to the Itinerary
Any changes to the cruise itinerary are managed directly by the cruise line or partner. Customers will be informed directly by the cruise line or, in some cases, by Crew Cruises if applicable.

Complaints and Disputes
As all bookings are made directly with the cruise line or partners, any complaints or disputes should be addressed to them. Crew Cruises (YSAP BV) can provide customers with the relevant contact details if needed. Crew Cruises is a consultancy service and not a travel agency.
