
INTERLINE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
In order to receive the Interline each line requires proof of eligibility at booking time we must have a copy of your VALID Airline or other valid ID when you confirm your booking.
Some cruise lines require a “letter of employment” also, please be sure to ask us if you have any questions regarding your eligibility to sail on a discounted fare.

Interline Definition: Cruise sales may only be made to current and retired airline employees at interline rates.
Interline Eligibility
• Employees of Domestic & International passenger airlines, currently in operation
• A second additional cabin may be booked for friends / family on "select" sailings – as long as the first cabin booked is occupied by an eligible employee/spouse. Please enquire as to 2nd cabin availability as not all sailings qualify.
Azamara Cruises
Interline Eligibility
• Employees of Domestic & International passenger airlines, currently in operation
• Employees of Federal Express, DHL / Airbourne & UPS
• Employees of GDS (Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo/Apollo or Amadeus)
• Employees of Cruise Lines, other than those who work for Celebrity/Royal Caribbean Cruises,Ltd.
• Spouse / Registered Domestic Partner & Parents of “eligible” employee (may travel without employee)
• Retired employees of Domestic & International passenger airlines currently in operation
• Employee must be employed with the airline for minimum of (6) six months
prior to making the bookings and work a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Temporary, on-call intern and contract employees are not eligible
• A second additional cabin may be booked for friends / family – as long as the first cabin booked is occupied by an eligible employee/spouse. A third cabin may be booked, but must be occupied by an eligible parent or dependent child. Parent(s) traveling without employee being present may only qualify for one (1) cabin.

The Interline rates are available for the following full-time employees of:
Available to full time and retired employees of: Passenger Airlines, Cruise lines, Amadeus, Amtrak, Federal Aviation Administration, International Air Transport Association, National Air Traffic Controllers Association, Sabre, TravelPort/ Airline Pilots’ Association, Civil Aviation Authority, Cargo companies

Qualifying Interline employees are permitted to book one cabin under PGI fare code and up to two additional cabins under fare code PG3 (Qualified family members of the interline employee can book one cabin at the same discounted PGI rate)
Verification documents must be submitted for confirmed reservations within 72 hours for cruises outside two weeks prior to sailing and 24 hours for cruises within two weeks prior to sailing
Eligible Airline/Interliners can book up to three cabins total
Option 1:
1 airline/interline cabin (CPGI/CPGO), I elgibile family cabin (CPGI/CPGO), 1 non-eligible cabin (CPG3)
Option 2:
1 airline/interline cabin (CPGI/CPGO), 2 non-eligible cabins (CPG3) *

Eligible Family Members
May book one cabin per cruise departure, per family, if the employee is NOT traveling (CPGI/CPGO)
Retired Interline Employees
May book one cabine per sailing and they must be traveling in this cabin (CPGI/CPGO)
Immediate Familly: husband, wfie, mother or father of the personnel or dependent children 21 years old and younger.
b) Immediate family members of active personnel. Eligible family members may book only ONE cabine if the personnel is NOT traveling.
c) Retired Personnel. Retired personnel may book ONE cabin. The retired personnel must be traveling in this cabin.
d) Deceased Personnel. Spouse of deceased personnel may book ONE cabin. The deceased may be active duty personnel or a retired personnel.
Note:Discharged Personnel (whether honourable or dishonourable) are not eligible.
Celebrity Cruises

- An active employee of scheduled passenger airline only

Employees of cargo or overnight freight airlines (FedEx, UPS, etc.), spouse, and parents of an airline employee traveling without the employee, and FAA employees are NOT eligible

Booking may be subject to cancellation after confirmation based on availability. Cancellation is a possibility up to departure time with Interline fares.

If a qualified Interline Employee is traveling, they can bring friends along as well for the same interline price in a separate stateroom BUT, must be a new reservation booked inside of 90 days of sailing. Must be traveling with a qualified Interline employee. Cannot cancel and rebook an existing reservation to get the interline rate. All other Interline terms and conditions apply.

This program is being extended so that each cabin with an eligible employee, as defined below, may add a second cabin on the same sailing at the interline rate. Cabin splitting is prohibited. Proof of eligibility is required.

As stated above, eligible participants must be employees of commercial or cargo airlines, air traffic controllers or GDS companies. Helicopter operators and private or charter airline companies are not considered commercial airlines and do not qualify for interline rates.

Interline Rate Eligibility & Offer Details

To qualify as an Interline guest with Seabourn the following criteria must be met:
Active or Retired airline employee or pilot of cargo carriers
Spouse, Parent or Parent in-law of Active airline employee or pilot of cargo carriers
Dependent children of Active airline employee or pilot of cargo carriers
Retired airline employee of defunct airlines.
Guests are required to provide Seabourn with proof of eligibility within a certain number of days after making their booking:

Payment can be made on an Interline booking prior to receiving proof of eligibility. Seabourn reserves the right to convert Interline booking to the publicly offered fare if eligibility is not received as listed above.
Eligibility is limited to two (2) Suites per sailing per eligible Interline ID.
Rates are valid in guarantee Ocean View or Veranda Suites only. Actual Suite assignment will be made within two weeks of departure date and is done so at the sole discretion of Seabourn.
Terms & Conditions:
Interline fares are per person based on double occupancy. Fares are in U.S. Dollars. Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses are additional. Single supplement is 200% of the double occupancy fare. Fares apply to new bookings only and conversion of existing bookings is prohibited. Fares are booked as guarantee Ocean View or Veranda Suites only. Actual Suite assignment will be made within two weeks of departure date at the sole discretion of Seabourn. Once confirmed, fares may not be reduced in the event that a lower fare becomes available. Interline fares are limited to a maximum of two (2) Suites per eligible Interline ID, subject to availability. Proof of Interline eligibility is required; present active or retired airline employees, spouses or parents of airline employees. If proof of eligibility has not been received, Seabourn reserves the right to convert the booking to the publicly offered fare. Guests booked on Interline fares must not divulge the fare paid to other guests, cannot request Suite changes and must adhere to all dress code requirements while on board.
